Basil Seggos, Acting Commissioner of the NYS Department of Environmental
Conservation, delivered a presentation on Governor Andrew M. Cuomo’s
2016 State of the State Address on Thursday, Jan. 14 at the Crandall
Public Library in downtown Glens Falls before a large crowd of officials
and guests.
